Riboscience (VISTA-1)
Brief Summary
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-site, Phase 2a study to compare the efficacy and safety of RBS2418, a selective ENPP1 inhibitor, plus BSC versus placebo plus BSC in subjects with advanced, metastatic, and progressive CRC, who have demonstrated progressive disease (PD) based on at least two imaging scans performed within 2 to 4 months of study entry (including baseline imaging scan), and either have failed, been unable to tolerate, or declined to take known standard-of-care (SOC) therapies to confer meaningful clinical benefit.
